How do I start receiving care/start a Conversation?

In order to start your first Conversation ( What Are Conversations? ), please complete the following:

1) Select the “Dashboard” link from the menu to display the screen below.

2) You may see one of the two screens below. Either select the button located towards the center of the screen labeled, “Get Care Now” or select the tile called "Start a Conversation."

3) Navigate through the menu options to select the reason for your Conversation (please note: your menu options may vary from the examples below).

4) Once you select the specific reason for your Conversation, please enter as much information as you can provide and if applicable, include any photos as well.  The more information our Care Team initially receives, the sooner we can begin providing you treatment.

5) Once you’ve described your symptoms in as much detail as possible and attached any relevant photos, select “Send.”

6) If this was the first Conversation you've started, you will be prompted to review and accept the Care Consent form as displayed below.  Once you have reviewed the form, please select “I Consent” to start your Conversation.

7) Congratulations! Your Conversation has been sent to your Care Team and they’ll be in touch with you shortly. You should now see a screen similar to the one below:

As new interactions occur with our Care Team, this Conversation becomes your one source for all communications and next steps. You will be able to view each step of the process as you receive your care.
