I never received an email verification

When you first create your Crossover Health account, we’ll send an email verification to your work-affiliated email address, if you used your work email to verify eligibility. If you used something other than a work email to verify eligibility, then the verification email will go to the email used to create your account. 


  1. Please be sure to check your work email for the verification message.
  2. If you did not receive a verification email, make sure you completed the sign-up process in its entirety. The sign-up steps are outlined in this article: Creating a Crossover Health account.
  3. If you completed the sign-up process and still have not received an email verification, please request an additional email verification by attempting a login, our system will send you another verification email.

The security of your account information is one of our highest priorities. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the sign-up process.
