I never received an email verification

When you first create your Crossover Health account, we’ll send an email verification to your work-affiliated email address. 

  1. Please be sure to check your work email for the verification message.
  2. If you did not receive a verification email, make sure you completed the sign-up process in its entirety. The sign-up steps are outlined in this article: Creating a Crossover Health account.
  3. If you completed the sign-up process and still have not received an email verification, please request an additional email verification by completing the steps outlined in this article: I forgot my password.
