How do I join a ‘Zoom’ (on-line) meeting?

Sometimes, your Care Team would like to see you to learn more about your condition. If scheduling an appointment at a nearby Crossover Center is not convenient or not an option, your Care Team may schedule an online meeting.

Crossover prefers to use Zoom Video Communications for online visits. When needed, a Care Team Member will coordinate a convenient date and time for your Zoom meeting and will send you the meeting appointment link in a message or email. ( When will I hear back from my Care Team? )

A few minutes prior to your meeting time, you may join the online meeting by simply clicking the link provided by your Care Team. Depending on the device you use for the meeting, you may choose to use or not use your video camera (if applicable).

If you do not already have Zoom installed on your device, please be sure to click the link a few minutes before the appointment so Zoom can be installed (this process will also occur automatically upon joining a meeting).  Once your Care Team member joins the meeting, your online visit will begin.
