How much does care cost?

Crossover Members are never charged for creating “Conversations" ( What are Conversations? ), messaging or video conferencing with Crossover Care Team Members, or any other virtual care on the Crossover platform. Often, our Care Teams may be in continuous contact with you about a variety of health topics, and there are no costs to members for these services.

If you schedule an appointment at a Crossover Health Center, charges may apply and fees will vary based on the type of in-person service(s) provided. Please message your Care Team if you have a question about the cost of an in-person visit.
