I forgot my password
Did you forget your password? Follow the steps below to reset it.
1) Visit https://care.crossoverhealth.com/
2) Select “Forgot Password?”
3) Enter the email used to login to your Crossover account (i.e., the email address you used when you registered your account; typically, this is not your work email).
4) Select “Continue” and you’ll see the following screen:
5) You’ll find an email from us with a link to reset your password.
6) Click the “Reset Password” button in the email.
7) You’ll be taken to the Reset Password screen in your browser.
8) Enter a New Password, then enter it again to Confirm the New Password.
Note: Your new password needs to adhere to Crossover’s security requirements and must be a password that you have not already used.
9) Select “Reset Password” and you’ll be taken to the screen below.
10) Select “Back to platform” to return to the Crossover Health login screen.
11) Enter your new password and select “Sign In”.
Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password and logged back in.
