How do I respond to Questions sent by my provider?
When a provider sends you a set of questions, an email notification will be sent, and you can easily respond at a convenient time.
From your Conversation timeline, select the Answer questions button to view the questions. From here, you can begin answering the questions sent by your provider. You can write as little or as much as you want for each question. The more information you provide, the more your Care Team will be able to help. Your responses will be saved as soon as you start typing. If you’re unable to answer all questions, you can return to your draft at any time.
Once you select the Submit answers button, your responses will be sent to your provider for review and continued care.
