How can I cancel a visit that I previously booked?

You can cancel a previously booked appointment at any time before the appointment start time.

  • From your Conversation timeline, select the View details link on the Virtual Visit timeline card to view the details of your booked appointment. 
  • Select the Cancel link in the green section to view the calendar. 
  • You may select and/or enter a reason and click the Cancel visit button. 
  • Your Care Team will be notified of this action.
