How can I reschedule a visit that I previously booked?

You can reschedule a previously booked referral visit at any time before the visit start time.

• From your Dashboard, select the Reschedule visit link on the visit you would like to reschedule
• Scroll through more days, view time slots in a different time zone, and select your preferred time slot.
• Confirm/update your mobile phone number and confirm your preferred calendar time zone.  
• Once you select the Confirm button, your visit is rescheduled!  
• If you've opted-in, you will receive an updated visit confirmation email and text reminders before your visit.
