How can I reschedule a visit that I previously booked?

You can reschedule a previously booked referral appointment at any time before the appointment start time.

• From your Conversation timeline, select the View details link on the visit's timeline card to view the details of your booked appointment. 
• Select the Reschedule link in the green section to view the calendar. 
• From here, you can scroll through more days, view time slots in a different time zone, and select your preferred time slot.
• Confirm/update your mobile phone number and confirm your preferred calendar time zone.  
• Once you select the Confirm button, your appointment is rescheduled!  
• You will receive an updated appointment confirmation email and text reminders prior to your appointment, if you’ve opted-in.
