How can I decline a visit request sent by my provider?

When a provider sends you an appointment request, you can decline the request if you wish.

  • From your Conversation timeline, select the Book appointment button to view the details of the request. 
  • Scroll down the page and select the Decline visit link below the calendar. 
  • You may select and/or enter a reason and click the Decline visit button. 
  • Your Care Team will be notified of this action.
