How can I book a visit sent by my provider?

When a provider sends you an appointment request, you can book a convenient time slot on the calendar. 

  • From your Conversation timeline, select the Book appointment button to view the calendar. 
  • From here, you can scroll through more days, view time slots in a different time zone, and select your preferred time slot.
  • You can confirm or update your mobile phone number, opt-in to text reminders and also confirm your preferred calendar time zone.  

Once you select the Confirm button, your appointment is booked!  You will receive an appointment confirmation email and text reminders prior to your appointment, if you’ve opted-in.
