How can I book a visit request sent by my provider?
When a provider sends you an appointment request, you can book a convenient time slot on the calendar.
- From your Conversation timeline, select the Book visit button to view the calendar.
- From here, you can scroll through more days, view time slots in a different time zone, and select your preferred time slot.
- You can confirm or update your mobile phone number, opt-in to text reminders and confirm your preferred calendar time zone.
Once you select the Confirm button, your visit is booked! You will receive a visit confirmation email and text reminders prior to your visit, if you’ve opted-in.
