Email Taken
If you see Email Taken when Signing up, this indicates that a Crossover account has already been created in the past using this specific email. This could occur
- If you have already created an account in the original Crossover Portal (at any time in the past)
- If one of your dependents has used your personal email to create a Crossover Health account (either now or at some time in the past)
The quickest solution is simply to reset your password, which can be found on the Sign In page. When you reset your password, you will receive an email with a reset link included.
